classes: Meditation

Hi, I'm Mike and I'm a meditation teacher and Reiki Master. Sounds impressive but... I’m no Guru in the mountain cave leading a pure and ideal life. I’ve reached a stage in my life where I want to give back and explore my spiritual and healing capabilities to see where they lead me.

I create a space for you where you can draw breath and learn about “being at peace”. The process is in two stages. Firstly a simple exercise to cut out the distractions of life and secondly a “minimalist” guided meditation.

The result is a feeling of “calm” that initially will last for a day or two. The more times we go through the exercise the longer that feeling remains with you.

The secret is not the music or what I say it’s what I create. My mantra is 'Keep It simple'! I do create boundaries but think of an enormous adventure playground, not a tiny room! Why? I found when sticking to rigid ideas and beliefs I missed out on so much beauty!
