Join us for a gentle online yoga class and a taste of soul-nourishing practices and rituals that we have embodied to live our lives aligned and centred, so you can do the same in 2022.

Learn to return home to your centre through a gentle yoga flow (for all levels), create balance from within during a calming Hypno/meditation, shift your energy with breathwork and learn healthy lifestyle habits through conscious conversations around wholefoods.

All aspects of life flow in ease when you are aligned through your body and mind and this mindful meditation workshop will help you achieve that.

Come and sink in with us for two hours of self-love and care and take home new healthy habits and gifts to continue these practices at home!

About the presenters:
Sarah is a self-love and self-worth coach passionate about helping women own who they are unapologetically. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years, is a registered exercise professional, Pilates and Yoga Instructor, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy and an Insight Timer meditation teacher.

Mel is a holistic lifestyle coach and detoxing specialist, focusing on using whole foods to heal your mind and body and utilising the ancient art of Iridology and Sclerology to 'see' what the body is really trying to tell us. She is a qualified Yoga Instructor, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
