Hi, my name is Glen. I am an Army veteran, and due to my service suffered from PTSD, and discovered that art therapy, and specifically, mosaic art therapy, is a great mindfulness practice.
I did my first piece 20 years ago. I have always gravitated back to mosaic art, having tried other modalities, and now I get a thrill out of helping others to learn how to mosaic.
