I’ve been working in the coffee industry for around 10 years, and what started as learning how to make a good cup of coffee gradually became something I genuinely love and wanted to share with others.

Latte art is where technique and creativity come together — it takes practice and precision, but it's the fun part of making coffee!

I’ve been teaching latte art classes in Sydney, working with people at all different experience levels. One of my favourite parts of teaching is seeing the moment when something finally clicks — especially when someone pours their first heart and realises they can actually do it.

My classes are designed for home coffee lovers, families and friends who want to take their coffee skills to the next level and make better coffee at home. You don’t need to be a professional barista or know everything about specialty coffee. I want to make the techniques we use behind the coffee bar simple, practical and approachable enough so you can recreate at home!
