With a drink in hand, take a deep dive into all things oysters. Learn about the different varieties of oysters and how the environment in which they grow (the "merroir") influences their taste.
No hands-on cooking - demonstration & tasting only
What You'll Learn:
  • Learn how to use your eyes and trust your nose to ensure your oysters are fresh.
  • Taste oysters from two different estuaries.
  • Hear from an oyster grower and learn how to safely shuck an oyster at home.

The venue is a short walk from both the Glebe and Wentworth Park stops on the Light rail's Dulwich Hill line. Parking is available at basement level in the new Sydney Fish Market. Signposted rates apply.
