- Sound Exploration: A brief introduction to sounds, vibrations, and their transformative effects.
- Interactive Session: Hands-on guidance on using singing bowls (Tibetan Bowls) and Tuning Forks as relaxing, healing and bonding tools. Learn to use it on yourself and on each other.
- Practise Session: An opportunity to put everything you've learned into action and let the bonding magic begin.
- Afternoon Tea: Enjoy a delightful break with coffee/tea and refreshments.
- Meditative Finale: Conclude with a beautiful 45-minute blissful sound-guided meditation (this time you get to lie down and I do the rest).
