Searching for the perfect meal to warm up your kitchen? Learn how to cook the perfect Pelmeni (Russian dumplings) at this mouth-watering Sydney workshop.

Originating from Siberia, but eaten all over Russia, Pelmeni are hearty meat-filled dumplings that are traditionally made by the 100s and then frozen in the snow.

In this hands-on class, Jaimee will share her own family recipe to teach you how to make pelmeni from scratch and keep them in your freezer, rather than waiting for the next snowfall!

At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy our yummy creations with lashings of sour cream, horseradish and dill.

Knowledge required
This course is appropriate for absolute beginners, to those wanting to improve their dumpling making skills.

All raw products will be prepared and jarred individually.
Cooked items will still be done in small groups, but gloves and individual utensils will be available for all students during the class
