Immerse yourself in the art of pickling and fermentation with this seasonal and fun workshop in Sydney. You'll learn the secrets of the delicate flavors and health benefits of fermentation using seasonal produce. Whether you're a beginner or have dabbled in fermentation before, this workshop is inspiring.

Under the guidance of Marcea, an experienced author, chef, TCM nutritionist, and Ayurvedic nutritional consultant, you'll discover everything you need to know. Marcea will share insider tips and tricks as she walks you through the process.

During this hands-on workshop, you will create your very own seasonal spice and herb probiotic kraut and probiotic salt brine pickles. Additionally, Marcea will demonstrate a special technique for quick Miso pickles and another.

To enrich your experience, you'll also get to enjoy a delightful tasting session with her fermented creations served with gluten-free crackers and/or sourdough bread.
After the workshop, you'll leave with two jars of your wild ferments, and detailed instructions on how to care for your creations.

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
