Pottery is great for your wellbeing

Pottery is one of the most therapeutic crafts out there as it draws on a mix of mental, emotional and kinaesthetic brain functions. Not only can it improve your focus, concentration and give you a sense of creative accomplishment, it also has an incredible meditative element to it. Through the repetitive tactile aspect of moulding and shaping the clay, you enter a state of 'flow', allowing you to de-stress and experience a significant mood boost.

You'll likely leave these Brisbane workshops feeling both fulfilled and relaxed! So, what are you waiting for? Give the potter's wheel a spin and prepare to feel your worries melt away!
