  • 5/5 from Tessa Sutton, attended Oct 2026: Easy location to find, the teacher was very helpful throughout the class and I love that you get to choose what you wanted to paint! I was a bit sad there were no plates left but that just means I’ll have to come back again!
  • 5/5 from Shuprova Syed, attended Sep 2026: Teacher was great as explaining things. I really enjoyed this class with my friends. Lots of options to choose from of what you want to paint. Only feedback is it would be great to see a sample of how each colour looks based on how many times you layer on. I wanted a softer look so wanted to do 1-2 layers max but wasn’t sure of the outcome for each colour I was deciding the layer for.
  • 5/5 from Lan-Anh Vu, attended Sep 2026: Teacher was kind and helpful, offering assistance for mistakes and mixing any desired colours. Overall very relaxing environment to paint and yap, although the booking was set for 2.5 hrs, we weren’t rushed and encouraged to take the time to make any revisions to ensure we’ll be happy with our final product! Highly recommend!!
  • 5/5 from Harrison Chen, attended Sep 2026: Good instructions and a fun experience! Would do it again!
  • 5/5 from Amora Reddhishri Chakma, attended Sep 2026: I loved the class! I had to take an extra half an hour bc I wanted to finish mine and I arrived late bc of the rain. Please arrive on time so you can get most out of your work

  • 5/5 from Jenny Nguyen, attended Sep 2026: The class was fun and easy to do. Very beginner friendly. The teacher explained the differences between the glaze before and after firing so we could choose the right colours. She helped us whenever there was an accident. Overall it was a good experience.
  • 5/5 from Ayla-Crystal Armstrong-Peacock, attended Sep 2026: This was such a good class, especially for beginners, tools while oldish are perfect for the task. Would recommend as a gift for couples, families or friends. But would not recommend for those under 10.
  • 4/5 from Cynthia Chau, attended Sep 2026: The session was very nice and peaceful, instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was a good selection of pottery items to choose to paint, which was nice. Overall, had a good time.

  • 5/5 from Alexeya Mowat, attended Jul 2026: George was a wonderful host and gave clear and easy to follow instructions! I liked how you had free reign over what design you did, and there are a few different types of mugs/bowls/plates to choose from. This was my third time attending a workshop at Tomato Art, I highly recommend it!

  • 4/5 from Anthea Ampofo, attended Jul 2026: Teacher was good, chill but kind. I painted a cup. I like how small and intimate the class was, not intimidating for a solo student. I do think there should be more options when it comes to equipment like for letters and doing fine lines. Overall satisfied with the class

Super creative and relaxing experience. Keen to do this again!
  • 5/5 from Kath Kemp, attended Apr 2026: My granddaughter and i had some ch fun, thankyou highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Samantha Ponga, attended Apr 2026: Angel was our teacher and she was very sweet. We had a group of 7 people, afew of us arrived late but Angel kindly helped us settle in comfortably. You have the option in picking from a various of different mugs or a plate, most of us opting for mugs. Angel explained so well what to do & what not to do in order to creating a cute finished product. The environment is calming & we all had a great night! Can’t wait to see how everyone’s mugs turned out!
  • 5/5 from Rachel Lee, attended Apr 2026: The class was awesome! Did it with a couple of friends, and we all loved it! Our teacher was very helpful and informative, teaching us tips and giving us an extra hand whenever we needed, and even gave us extra time to finish off the pieces! Super excited to pick up our pieces soon
  • 3/5 from Sarah Wilkinson, attended Apr 2026: Class is a get what you pay for experience. The welcome was not warm, the small room was not ready when we arrived so had to wait awkwardly in the very narrow hallway - not the most inviting way to start. There was a limited choice of what you could paint, and they ran out of one of the mug options. Crucially, though, the glazes were not well organised, and each palette was organised differently. As glazes change after firing, it should be clearer which glaze is which. It was a nice 2hr activity, but I probably wouldn't return.
  • 5/5 from Nicole Tattersall, attended Mar 2026: This class was great! Good instructions that was simple to follow. The teachers were helpful in mixing colours that weren’t standard, and were attentive to help you when needed. Good value for money.

  • 5/5 from Jeanny Vo, attended Dec 2025: This was for my birthday and I invited my friends. We got to learn about the scratching method and how much we needed to layer the colours when doing the pottery painting class. The teacher was very helpful and gave us advice when we needed it, and was very nice. The whole time it was very relaxing and not too much pressure because of how much of a range of colours we got to use. There was a lot of options to paint on which was good. Overall, it was an amazing experience and definitely recommend as a first timer.
  • 5/5 from Amanda Barnier, attended Dec 2025: My daughter, her friend and I enjoyed this class today for her 17th birthday! • 5/5 from Linda Edgecumbe, attended Nov 2025: George was clear in instruction and was handy to answer any questions and to give tips. I would like to do another class to do a different kind of item. It would be good if there was a larger selection to choose from. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in a few weeks.
  • 5/5 from Joanna Dejewski, attended Nov 2025: I was a bit worried when I arrived as the room was very small and crowded and I was hoping to have a very calm, quiet and relaxing bit of artistic therapy/relaxation but I shouldn't have worried as George the teacher was great, very clear and helpful and once he set me up I was left to work quietly on my piece with my head phones on. The plate I chose was a nice size and shape and the paints and colours were great. Hoping my piece looks great after the firing and for the price, this class was very much worth the money. Would definitely go again.
  • 4/5 from Phillip Kim, attended Nov 2025: First timer, the class was full and started 15 mins later than the starting time however the instructions were clear and both my 13yo daughter and myself as a parent enjoyed the session.
  • 5/5 from Sienna Jones, attended Oct 2025: Very nice staff, very peaceful and fun! George was lovely :))
  • 5/5 from Joshua Callegaro, attended Oct 2025: My partner and I had an amazing time! Looking forward to our next visit!
  • 3/5 from Kristina Vicaretti, attended Oct 2025: As I am not in the area it would be nice if the works can either be posted out or everything be completed with the painting class etc in one day so I don’t have to return More space better toilet facility
  • 5/5 from Henad Abboud, attended Sep 2025: It was very easy, very fun. This is the second the I've been to a class hosted by this company and honestly recommend it to everyone!! 10/10
