While we have every respect for the classics, sometimes you’ve just got to shake things up. In this class, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to create three classic cocktails with an Italian Twist! Curate, stir and shake your own Mojito, Americano and Tiramisu Martini.

As you sip on your mouth-watering creations, you will learn how to put together the ultimate antipasto grazing platter. The perfect companion to your cocktails!

So if you want to take the fast track from cocktail amateur to expert mixologist and antipasto king or queen, then this could be the class for you. At the very least, you’ll learn a few tips and tricks to make hosting your next party a breeze (and delicious for your guests!)

The below bottomless beverage packages are available as additional add-ons when booking private classes and are priced per person at the checkout:

Please note: Allow a reasonable amount of time to enter The Gateway Building and proceed to Level 2 for this class.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!
