I’m Ragini Dey and I love sharing the real coking of India I.e.the cooking of regional India.My family background includes both the north and the east and l have lived in Kolkata,Delhi and Mumbai and travelled extensively all over India Regional home style cooking is really exciting because of its diversity using a huge range of spices,lentils and vegetables Cooking techniques differ as well through the north south ,east and west This is a really healthy ,seasonal way of eating and usually simpler and quicker than it’s restaurant counterpart No 2 dishes taste the same and we donot find a ubiquitous‘curry ’ sauce as in dodgy restaurants!
Iam a political science hons,graduate turned qualified chef living in Adelaide Ihave worked in aged care and hospitality for over40 years and taught adult education classes during this time My love of sharing this unique cuisine has led me to author 4 cook books
