We loved the experience and can’t wait to come back for the Hand Building Pottery Class next time. Thank you, Leiah!

Being a neurodivergent family the sensory element was calming and soothing for everyone, and Karina was incredibly patient with all the questions, interruptions and general chaos! Beyond that she was able to explain things in an easy to understand way, was warm and incredibly skilled…. We will most definitely be back!!!

From the moment we arrived, my partner, our two sons, and I were made to feel completely at ease in a warm and welcoming environment. The class was incredibly enjoyable and well-structured. We learned the fundamentals of wheel throwing, including how to shape and create our own bowls and containers. It was so satisfying to see what we could make, even as complete beginners! Our teacher was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and provided heaps of guidance throughout the session, which made a huge difference to our confidence and enjoyment. What made the experience even more special was that we happened to be the only ones booked in on a public holiday, so it felt like a private class just for us. We all had an amazing time, it was not only fun but also surprisingly calming and therapeutic. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another session. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something creative and memorable!

Not too soft, not too hard.. just the perfect texture to stay present and enjoy the moment.
  • 5/5 from Ziva Altman, attended Apr 2025: Our teacher Adelaide was terrific. She gave us a very clear demonstration and clear instructions and then gave us the licence to create. We took very young kids with us but surprisingly they managed on a wheel alone with Adelaide’s help. I was previously told it was not possible so I think it is a testament to the teacher, the structure of the small class and the studio set-up. Thoroughly enjoyable!
