I cannot fault this class - perfect from beginning to end. Yoko is meticulously organised and so impressive in her knowledge of Kintsugi. Her instruction was attentive and caring. She had thought about so many details for the workshop and she has inspired me to apply the Kintsugi technique to my own ceramic pieces in need of repair. She was so encouraging and supportive & I highly recommend her workshops to everyone.

What an amazing class! Joal is an incredible teacher who is passionate about his craft as a pastry chef. I learnt such a lot - thanks to Joel's clear, patient instruction. He made the class such a fun and rewarding experience - thanks to his hands-on guidance, attention to detail and his many years of experience. It was so interesting to learn about how to make croissants from scratch and understand some of the techniques. We also learnt about making danish pastries and inspiring ways to decorate them. I would recommend this class to everyone and urge everyone to have a go!

I really enjoyed this workshop & would love to do it all over again. The teacher was so approachable, friendly & very encouraging. The process of Shibori gives fast, rewarding results & is wonderfully therapeutic and relaxing. The idea of being able to up-cycle and refresh all types of natural fabrics by dyeing them in this way is so appealing - and good for the planet too! The workshop space works really well with plenty of space for everyone. It was great to hang our newly dyed fabrics out to dry at the front as passers-by wandered past - intrigued to see what we were up to. I highly recommended this workshop as a really productive & interesting new skill to learn and I am already planning to return. Thank you all.

The teacher was really excellent- super knowledgeable & she got the balance just right between the practical demonstration & interesting background info. It was so relaxing & she and her colleague were really helpful and diligent. I would have no hesitation in booking again for the pasta/cheese workshop. Very impressed!
