Had a really enjoyable day learning to make truffles and chocolates. The most exciting was learning how to temper chocolate which Joseph explained and demonstrated. Fun class and get to take home a box of yummy goodies.

I had such a great time. Everything was well organised and I got to take home 2 beautiful candles nicely gift wrapped. I also felt I learnt enough that I can make these candles at home.

Such a great class, I have since made the pasta at home and it turned out awesome.

Shiree was awesome. Very informative and such a friendly caring person. The whole experience was great, well paced and most of all fun. I got to go home with lovely candles and soaps and am definitely going to book into the advanced candle making class. If I could give more than 5 stars …I would.

This is a great class. You will leave with 8 professional looking eclairs plus learn how to make different flavoured pastry creams…all of which were really yummy. Mayumi was an excellent teacher. She provided clear instructions and was patient and friendly. Enjoyed the class thoroughly, well worth it!

Joel was an awesome teacher. He was very good at explaining what we were doing plus was happy to take and answer all our questions. I felt like I learnt alot and it was completely hands on. Anthony who works with Joel also helped us at times if we had any issues with rolling dough etc, and he also cooked us lovely treats we could munch during times when we were waiting for the dough to rest. Such a great class, do yourself a favour and book this course. I went home with delicious desserts and went to bed with an over full tummy! Thanks Joel for a fantastic day!
