Heidy was lovely, very informative with step by step instructions on making Swiss buttercream and covering a cake to perfection. I liked the fact we did it all ourselves under her watchful eye.

This was a great experience tackling the Croquembouche. Chef Joel taught us the traditional way of assembling this delicious dessert, it was a bit tricky but not difficult. The end result was truely amazing. Highly recommend this class.

This chocolate class was a great introduction for beginners in chocolate making as well as having a great teacher. Joseph was very informative and showed us many helpful shortcuts that made chocolate making not that difficult as we thought.

The Macaron class with the delightful Chef Joel was a great hands on experience. I learnt to make beautiful macarons with sublime fillings as well as learning tricks of the trade. If you love macarons you must do this class.

I love baking and dessert making but always stayed away from dough. This was a great hands on experience, very informative and enjoyable with pleasing results. Pastry Chef Joel was very easy going and yet taught us the in and outs of a good pastry. I’m converted.
