Amazing class and Hideo taught me so much which I can use when making Sushi at home. Food was amazing and so proud of how my sushi turned out. He has written 18 cooking books, so he definitely knows his Sushi!

Vishakha was a great teacher and her husband Bobby was also on hand to teach also. It was a relaxed environment and everything I wanted to learn I did. Vishakha was patient with me and gave me confidence in using my circuit. Great view of the city and they both made me feel like I was their mate! I will be back!
