Coming into the class I was used to small knives (generally quite blunt) and was actually a little afraid of big sharp knives. Well I'm a changed person now. It's all in the hold and control. I never thought I would be so happy with chopping. Fabulous class. Would highly recommend. Paul was wonderful and knew his stuff. Class is 1.5 hours but easily could go on 2 hours with the many questions. The chicken salad is divine too.

Great teachers for both the cocktail making and dumpling making. We went as a group of girls for a 40th and all had so much fun! Easy location and an awesome combo class. Definitely recommend!

This whole class and experience was great. The teacher was wonderful. Very patient and knowledgeable. She was funny too, knowing that she was once a student and has followed her passion is great. The class was good beginners and she made sure everyone got to see how to do it. The facilities were good and tools provided to do the class were clean and enough for everyone. Very happy with the class.
