Deb was great, very knowledgeable and full of tips and tricks, and her patience was commendable

Sometimes a little hard to hear given the class size and noise of the restaurant running at the same time.

Would have loved to cook the gnocchi as well as make it, but understand the logistics in the kitchen would have been difficult.

Don't make the mistake we did of having a late brekky before we went. Empty stomach required

Really encouraging with whatever your artistic level!
Every colour under the sun imaginable available to use, heaps of product to be able to create anything you could want.
Though, my son and I both did a board, we definitely decided "less is more" to have the great impact we all want.
Be brave - do something other than a beach scene (though, they do look awesome!)

Teacher was awesome - kept the class entertained and engaged the whole time, in a venue that was perfect for the experience.
Everything was provided (bar the apron - TAKE AN APRON), bubbles kept getting refilled, staff were always around to get you whatever you needed
Was on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it. Will be booking in one of the other cheese classes, without a question.
Super impressed with the results and the amount of cheese we brought home nom nom nom!
(Make sure you plan for a cheese platter dinner only the night of doing the class - ssoooo good!)

Great small class and lots of space.
Have been making pasta regularly ever since doing this course, rarely buy it anymore, and refuse to order pasta dishes at Italian restaurants anymore that don't make their own
Took my 14 year old son, he loved it - the getting involved, not just the eating

Dumpling class was good.
Not really what we expected it, as we didn't learn how to cook them.
We made 2 flavours (meat and vego) and the kitchen cooked them for us 3 different ways.
We were seated in the restaurant at regular tables to do the making/folding.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
