Perfect for hens' parties, birthdays, corporate events, team-building activities, private celebrations and community gatherings, this beginner-friendly group experience brings the art of botanical fragrance blending to your chosen venue.
Explore beautiful pure plant essential oils, discover the fundamentals of natural perfumery and enjoy creating three personalised miniature perfumes to take home.
Whether you're celebrating with friends, bringing colleagues together or organising a community event, each experience is thoughtfully tailored to your group's occasion, preferences and setting.
With gentle guidance on fragrance families and perfume blending, participants can experiment with botanical aromas, discover their favourite scent combinations and create fragrances that reflect their individuality.
Choose Your Botanical Experience
Our mobile natural perfume-making workshops are available for private groups of 15 or more, with prices starting from $85 per person.
Choose from four curated essential oil collections to suit your group's preferences and budget:
  • 16 Essential Oils: $85 per person, included in the standard experience
  • 21 Essential Oils: $85 per person, plus a $250 group add-on
  • 30 Essential Oils: $85 per person, plus a $350 group add-on
  • 40 Essential Oils: $85 per person, plus a $450 group add-on
Optional collection upgrades are charged once per group booking, not per participant. Each group selects one botanical collection for its experience.
Every collection offers a different variety of botanical scents to explore, from refreshing citrus and delicate florals to warm, woody and aromatic notes.
All four options include the same guided perfume-making experience, with each participant creating three miniature natural perfumes to take home.

Every gathering is different. That's why our mobile perfume-making workshops can be adapted to suit your occasion, group size, preferences and venue.
Whether you're organising a hens' party perfume-making experience, a birthday activity, a corporate team-building workshop or a community group event, we aim to create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy creativity, conversation and connection.
The experience runs for up to 1.5 hours, balancing introductory guidance with plenty of time for sensory exploration, fragrance blending and enjoyment.

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a date idea, team building activity, Christmas party, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

This experience would also be a creative gift for her, gift for mum, Xmas gift or gift for couples.


FAQ

Do you travel for mobile workshops?
Yes. We travel anywhere within 35 km of Wolli Creek. A flat $150 travel and setup surcharge applies to all private bookings to cover transport and preparation. This is per booking, not per person.
Location

Your teacher can travel within 35 kms of Wolli Creek, to a venue of your choice.

Hi, I’m Mayumi – creator of PebbleScents® and founder of Abi Kaya Creates®, a Sydney-based creative studio offering natural perfume-making workshops and sensory experiences.
My journey with scent began as a deeply personal project – blending essential oils to craft mini perfumes that could be carried anywhere as little moments of joy. What started as a quiet hobby soon became PebbleScents®, a handmade perfume line designed for community fundraising, unique gifts, and everyday self-care.
Alongside this creative path, I bring over a decade of experience facilitating workshops, training, and team sessions across government and community sectors.
Perfume-making is where these worlds meet – the structure and care I honed as a facilitator, and the creativity and warmth I found through scent. My hands-on workshops blend science and art, guiding you to create like an artisan and design your own mini perfume collection to take home.
Whether it’s a team-building event, hens’ party, birthday experience, or creative retreat, I love sharing the joy of scent and helping people create lasting, fragrant memories together.
