Hi all, I am Sol, an experience-designer and founder at BraveWorks. I started my Creative Embodiment journey in 2015 with dancing and later on added writing and illustration. Creative Embodiment has changed the way I live my life. It has brought me a lot of joy, freedom, and peace of mind. You may notice the changes when reading my qualifications.

At BraveWorks, I combine Western science and Eastern traditions with realisations from my embodiment journey to design experiences. They can serve as a bridge between the body and mind, spark inspiration, and expand creativity as a lifestyle.
