Parish is a talented artistic patient and an amazing and inspirational teacher. We all loved the session and took home great ideas for future projects. Loved the atmosphere which was so peaceful with a beautiful garden aspect to look onto. I would certainly do more classes with Parish.

There was a range of materials and inspiration on hand. We were encouraged to explore and experiment with different methods/mediums throughout the workshop, without being rushed. A nice touch of homemade cake for morning tea and pats with the lovely labrador Ella were a bonus. We left with many creations and extra items to keep making from home. Highly recommended for small groups and team workshops.

The Solvent Drawing Workshop was a fun morning with no drawing experience required! An extensive choice of materials were provided, along with tea, delicious cake, ice cream & entertaining conversation. The beautiful Ella & our dog Lolli also enjoyed the morning. He was very knowledgeable and had a range of resources available to extend individual designs. We all left inspired and keen to do more workshops with Parish, to realise future designs using our personal photos and design themes. Note: all photos are works in progress.

Parish made a lovely welcoming space with cake and tea. All around a great class, would highly recommend for those looking to be creative outside the box!

The solvent technique is really easy to pick up, which is awesome because you get to spend a whole day playing and creating. You can add so many different layers - coloring, painting, collaging etc! It’s something you can easily continue to do at home and use to make homemade cards or art or just for fun. Parish is a complete gem and of course, Ella. Definitely recommend!

Parish was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and the venue was great, with excellent lighting and plenty of space to work. Personally, having interests in nature and design, this workshop was a perfect fit. Overall, the chance to explore new techniques in such a supportive environment was the highlight.

A great way to kick start any creative venture. Highly recommended, you’ll come away with a very handy spanner for your artists tool kit. The class was hosted in a beautiful studio with lots of space and light to be creative! We learnt a fabulous new technique of solvent collage and got to explore this working with a range of mediums. I loved that it was a small group of like minded individuals, and very social and fun morning, relaxing and supportive environment. He brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to the class, and makes the learning process engaging. The beautiful creative space and artistic vibe adds to the atmosphere for playful exploration. I am looking to incorporate new techniques into my existing art practice, and came away feeling extremely inspired. The class would also be great for total beginners and small class size allows for personalised attention. After class, we continued the fun at a nearby coffee shop, connecting with new friends and talking more about art.
