This was a wonderful experience. Parish guided us through the basics of solvent transfer—an amazing technique—and encouraged explorations with different experiments, helping us to execute our ideas. Parish is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His beautiful studio space and garden were very inspiring to me. The experience felt very special and thoughtful. I recommend this class to anyone!

This was a great workshop with Parish in his lovely studio. Parish provided some background about the history of cyanotypes and lots of inspiration for what was possible with this process. Working in a small group we able to play and experiment with different materials to make images and it was intriguing to watch the prints emerge on the paper. I’m looking forward to experimenting more with cyanotypes.

The workshop was amazing!
When I arrived, I immediately became inspired by all the found materials, textures, and history Parish had provided us.
I was able to experiment freely, sharing my ideas and inspiration, asking for guidance, and enjoying working with a small group.
I felt confident even when prints turned out badly or unexpectedly.
I came home very pleased, with lots of beautiful cyanotypes.

The workshop was super!
The studio is a beautiful, welcoming and relaxing space. I had a great time working with the group and left feeling very inspired. I recommend this class to anyone wanting to experiment with new media, discuss ideas, and express themselves freely. No experience required. Great Vibes.

Parish was a great teacher, who was very welcoming. He made sure everyone had everything they needed and very knowledgeable in his craft.
The class was hosted in a beautiful studio with lots of space and light to be creative!
We learnt a fabulous new technique of solvent collage and got to explore this working with a range of mediums.
I loved that it was a small group of like minded individuals, and very social and fun morning, relaxing and supportive environment. I would recommend to anyone looking to try something new and get inspired by new techniques. Thanks so much Parish!
