Hi, I'm Laura, the sole operator of Sparkle and Calm, and I believe we all need mindfulness and meditation, so I'm here to help you share your sparkle and create your calm! I run regular adult meditation classes and also children's mindfulness workshops in Carss Park, South Sydney. I also host corporate events, children's parties, incursions at pre-schools and outside school hours education settings, private classes at your home, employee wellness programs, aged care, and other community venues. My meditation journey started 6 years ago with my son, and I designed and had locally printed products to assist children on their mindfulness adventures. I am accredited with Meditation Australia and studied to become certified in facilitating my passion. I also hold a teaching position in my registered nursing role and love to help others.
