What you'll do
Your journey will start with a refreshing LongLeaf Tea Vodka Welcome Cocktail followed by an introduction to our internationally award winning spirit. Then there will be a tasting session where you will taste LongLeaf in three different ways to truly understand its flavour profile and take in the versatility of the spirit. Then there will be a cocktail bartending masterclass where you will be taught the intricacies of cocktail making with tips and tricks of the trade. You will each be provided a bar station with all the required bar tools to make a perfect tea infused vodka cocktail. You will first make a fine cocktail with expert supervision along with the ingredient list and method sheet to consult. You will then be served a quintessentially Sri Lankan entree - (3 options will be available - vegetarian, egg or chicken) while you take a break and chat among each other and enjoy the cocktail you made. Finally, you will be shown to the cocktail ingredients table with all kinds of ingredients to chose from. You will then conceptualise, design and create your very own cocktail and give it a name too - this is where you will showcase what you have learnt and really let your creative juices flow. You will present your own cocktail to the class!
