The I Am Project Australia is committed to making wholesome, natural skincare that feeds the skin as much as it feeds the soul. Our aim is to incorporate gentle, loving reminders of your awesomeness into every beautiful product we create.
We help you tap in to your personal power through self-care. Starting with the messaging on all our bath, body and skincare products, we remind you of all that is wonderful within you. The I Am Project Australia offers small batch, non-toxic skincare and if you like to get in behind the scenes, we also run creative, hands-on workshops where you learn to make skincare yourself.
Our workshops incorporate positive psychology in a safe and uplifting environment. During the creative process a dialogue of gratitude and awareness of our self talk is discussed. The aim is to develop positive, resilient, forward-thinking awareness with-in all. By practicing our 'I am's' and mindful self talk in our programs we have received incredibly positive feedback on how these techniques have had a beneficial impact.
