2 x 3 hours Class size 1 to 6 guests       $219

Calling all textile lovers! Create your own textile heirloom piece using the art of textile collage, which is currently making a resurgence in craft circles.
This textile collage class will teach you to use expressive hand-stitching and freehand mark-making techniques to create your own unique textile collage piece. This can be framed as an artwork or turned into a cushion cover, a table runner, or a tote bag. It's the perfect opportunity to up-cycle and repurpose that fabric you love, but don't know what to do with!
With the guidance of your experienced tutor, you'll free up your creative process and learn the design and development process of this textile approach.
Textile collage is a sustainable and mindful practice, inspired by mending and repair culture. In this hands-on course, you'll learn how to make something new using well-worn, pre-loved and new fabrics.
