The kind where you've been running so long you've forgotten what it feels like to actually stop.That's what this weekend is for.Over two nights at a private property in a yoga retreat, you'll work through breathwork sessions, nervous system education, morning movement, and a full integration workshop and yoga — all designed to help you decompress in a way that actually carries forward into real life. Not just while you're there. After.The setting does a lot of the work. Mist in the valley at sunrise. Vegetarian meals cooked fresh and eaten slowly. Evenings by the fire with people who get it. A magnesium pool and infrared sauna to let your body catch up with your mind. Enough space and quiet that your nervous system finally believes you've left.How it works:Choose your room and secure your spot with a deposit. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Once you're booked in, you'll receive a confirmation straight away, and a full welcome pack two weeks out covering travel, what to bring, and what to expect. You don't need to be going through something big. You just need to be someone who knows they've been running on empty for a little too long, and who's ready to do something about it.A quick but important note before you book:Breathwork is powerful. It stirs up energy, emotion, and real physical change, and that's exactly why it isn't for everyone.If you're pregnant, live with a mental health condition, have a serious health issue (asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, heart disease), carry deep trauma, or take medication that affects your nervous system, you won't be able to take part in the breakthrough breathwork sessions at this retreat. The deep, controlled breathing rhythms simply aren't safe with these conditions, and your wellbeing comes first every time.This also covers things like past surgeries or any condition you're currently managing.
