During this unique experience, you’ll be able to drink in history as we wander through the alleys and cobbled streets of The Rocks, stopping off at some of Sydney's oldest pubs along the way. Your knowledgeable guide will tell you all about the gangs, legends and hauntings of this extraordinary neighbourhood, as you’re given the opportunity to indulge in a little beer tasting or wine sampling.
You’ll learn all about:

- How the Larrikin Gangs ruled the Rocks
- What’s the 6 O’Clock Swill?
- Where Bubonic Plague started and how it was controlled
- The fight for The Rocks
- Sydney’s oldest haunted place

The Rocks walking pub tour takes two-and-a-half-hours and includes a choice of a beer (285ml/10oz), house wine, or soft drink at each pub. Once the walking pub tour is over, you and your tour companions can relax at an iconic pub for a well-earned rest, a delicious meal and another beer, or two...
Important tour information:
- We will meet at Harts Pub, Essex St & Gloucester Street, The Rocks.
- The tours take approximately two-and-a-half-hours and will finish at an iconic Pub in The Rocks.
- This tour accommodates a minimum of three guests. Your order will be confirmed once we have filled three seats on the tour.
Because The Rocks venues are very busy, we do not always go to the same pubs each tour. If you do have a must-see pub, please let us know when making your booking and if it is a venue we use, we’ll do what we can to incorporate it into the tour.
Please note: For larger groups of 12 to 20 people, a $500 charter fee will be charged. For any groups larger than 20, please contact us for charter fee prices.
