What you'll do
Welcome to the new world of Reiki Energy where the healing starts with you. This is the first level of the journey through this empowering practice, and it's perfect if you want to learn more about the history and embark on a Reiki journey.
During this two-day or one -day course (10hrs), your friendly teacher from Balance is Qi will talk you through the benefits and application of the healing modality of Reiki (Shodon). Reiki level one is an opportunity for you to unlock these powers to be used for yourself, animals, plants and loved ones.
This Reiki workshop will teach you how to unblock and balance your energy, removing what no longer serves you. Once you are attuned to the loving energy you will be able to harness the Reiki energy anywhere, anytime for the rest of your life.
What this body and soul class includes:
- Understanding what this universal energy is.
- How to connect to the Reiki energy.
- How to use Reiki to help clear your energy centres, and benefits.
- Attunement to level one.
- How to use Reiki in your everyday life.
- Practice self-treatment - set up your self-healing practice.
About the facilitator:
Shadi has accreditation and training in the Traditional Tibetan Usui Reiki Lineage. Completing her Reiki Level One, Level Two, and Level Three Master Practitioner and Teacher. She is also an accredited Meditation Facilitator and crystal therapy healer.

- Member of the Australian Reiki Connection Inc. (ARC) the Association of Australian Reiki Professionals and Australia’s leading Reiki association established in 1997.
