Vegetables, Grains and Botanicals: Vegetarian Cooking Class

3 hours Class size 1 to 10 guests

$205 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

In this new series of weeknight cooking masterclasses, we're luring some exciting chef talent out of their restaurants and into the Sydney Seafood School kitchen.
Forget fish (for a moment at least!). Sander Nooij from Yellow is bringing his award-winning plant-based cooking to SSS.
Sander grew up on a small island in the Netherlands. A natural curiosity and desire to explore led him into hospitality, taking him abroad and eventually to Sydney, where he has built a career focused on thoughtful, plant-forward cooking. The menu at Yellow celebrates vegetables, grains, and botanicals in their own right, designed to appeal to a broad audience, and he's bringing that and more to Sydney Seafood School.
