What you'll do

Learn how to make four Vodka cocktails with one of the worlds most creative bartenders while in the comfort of your own home, join other like-minded cocktail enthusiasts or get your own group together and enjoy a session that is thrillingly entertaining and much as it is educational in the biggest home bar collection this side of Kentucky.

Pineapple Jam's classes are aimed at all levels of home bartending enthusiasts and hosted by award-winning cocktail and flair bartender Clinton Weir, taking you through step by step how to make a Vodka Colada, Espresso Martini, Caipirovska and a Passion Spritz. All recipes can be made as mocktails too!

You will be able to choose to use your own home equipment or to add your cocktail kit to be delivered to your door. This kit includes all the tools you need to shake your cocktails like a champion plus our signature dehydrated lemon wheels as your garnishes.

Prior to the class, you will receive a document with detailed shopping, equipment and recipes lists. Regarding the equipment, the document will include a list of what you can use from your home.

Clinton went above and beyond. He was flexible to work around a group of 20 people who were getting increasingly loose as the class went on. His knowledge was thorough and his approach was thoroughly entertaining. Would gladly recommend or participate in another one of his classes.
