Winter is the time for dishes that warm you to your bones. Learn combinations and techniques to turn the seasonal vegetables you have hanging around into flavoursome stocks and get a bowl of soup or noodles on the table in a flash!

Our adaptable recipes will turn battered old vegetables into velvety braises to make a quick side or a slower style, hearty dish fit for the hungriest person.

Go home with a warm belly and a jar of spicy stock paste to get started in your own kitchen.

If you loved Alex and Jaimee's salad making class, then this one is for you. Come hungry as you will eat your way to a new way of cooking.

Workshops are running at small numbers, with capacity of 16 people.
All raw products will be prepared and jarred individually.
Cooked items will still be done in small groups, but gloves and individual utensils will be available for all students during the class
