Welcome to Lower Limb Mobility, Adaptive Stretching & Range of Motion, a gentle floor-based session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and comfort in your hips, knees, ankles, and legs.
As we age, stiffness in the lower body can make everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, getting up from the floor, gardening, or simply moving around the home more challenging. This session focuses on gentle stretching and controlled movements to improve joint mobility, increase flexibility, and help your body move with greater ease and confidence.
Through safe and accessible floor-based exercises, you'll gradually improve your range of motion while reducing muscle tightness and encouraging healthy movement patterns. Regular practice can help you feel more comfortable during daily activities and support long-term mobility and independence.
Regular practice may help you:
  • Improve lower limb flexibility and mobility.
  • Increase range of motion in the hips, knees, and ankles.
  • Reduce muscle stiffness and tightness.
  • Support better balance and movement confidence.
  • Enhance comfort during everyday activities.
  • Promote healthy ageing and long-term mobility.
  • Support greater independence and overall wellbeing.
Healthy lower body mobility plays an important role in maintaining an active and independent lifestyle. Better flexibility and joint movement can make everyday tasks such as walking, bending, dressing, gardening, shopping, and spending time with family feel easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
Suitable for seniors and NDIS participants of all abilities, this gentle floor-based session encourages you to move at your own pace and within your comfort level. Every practice helps improve flexibility, restore comfortable movement, and build the confidence to stay active and independent for years to come.

My yogi way started in childhood when I asked myself about death. It was so evident that I can't be dead; I am something more than this physical body, beyond the five organs of sensation. I started exploring who I am...
It is an interesting and deep way with a lot of spiritual experiences. I meditated a lot, more than 5-6 hours during the day and many years one after another to find answers to my questions. And once, when I came back to the physical body after a long meditation, two main thoughts came into my mind: "There is no mind over there, " and "People are suffering from the mind."
Later, I met my spiritual teachers. I came to India to learn yoga, where the science of Yoga was born. It's impossible to understand Yoga without learning the Indian culture because Yoga and India are the same!
Western people know yoga as physical training. But it's anything but not yoga.
Yoga is a deep spiritual science expanding the perception of consciousness from simple human to cosmic divine! Yoga is a way and a fruit. Yoga is mystical knowledge.
I never stop learning yoga. Yoga is being called a state of unity and the way to achieve this state.
I have more than 10 years of practicing Ashtanga yoga, not fitness. Ashtanga means 8 parts. Modern Ashtanga yoga is fitness and does not have something similar to the true meaning of Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali.
The 8 parts include: Yoga philosophy for increasing the level of consciousness, Asanas for the physical body, Pranayamas for purifying the prana (prana means vital energy), Pratyahara (bringing the five organs of sensation inside), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (holding the object of meditation for a long time), Samadhi (beyond the words, being in superconsciousness).
All this is not easy and needs a serious guru. From my side, I am trying to help people not forget the true meaning of yoga and probably encourage someone to do yoga as a Sadhana (spiritual practice), not as a fitness routine.
