Join Adelaide-based multidisciplinary artist Shirley Wu for this fun, beginner-friendly class. You will be introduced to the magic of transforming silver-clay paper into a stunning pendant or pair of earrings.
You'll learn how to handle and creatively shape your silver-clay paper using traditional origami techniques combined with other fun innovative methods. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with a unique, personal pendant or pair of earrings that’s ready to wear or gift to someone special.
This is NOT an origami lesson – prior knowledge of simple origami folds is helpful but not required.
What’s Included:
5x5cm silver-clay paper (option to upgrade to larger sizes and to additional silver findings for different attachments)
The workshop includes on-site firing and polishing, with the finishing process taking approximately 2-3 hours. After the 2.5-hour making session, you can take a break and return later to collect your beautifully polished ring.
Private bookings are also welcome!
