Since 13/23/20:
Between classes wipe down all door handles, taps handles, toilet contact surfaces and soap dispensers with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser specially ordered and made by a WA chemist chain.

Wipe down all class desks, plastic chairs, and soak all tools and sponges for at least half an hour with a custom bleach solution prescribed by the Federal Department of Health (https://www.health.gov.au/sites/default/files/documents/2020/03/environmental-cleaning-and-disinfection-principles-for-covid-19.pdf)

All students will be encouraged to wash hands at the beginning of each lesson, and before the coffee breaks. Instructions on how to this properly have been posted above sinks for a week.

If ongoing students ever feel unwell, or have been in close contact with someone who is, they are encourage to reschedule their class at least two weeks forward via the hot-link in the email confirming their second or subsequent lesson, or 48 hour reminder email. For the last decade ongoing students have been able do this at least two hours before the class, with their class credit is obviously preserved.

For safe handling of some glaze materials, the studio has always had a large stock of and wide range of sizes of free disposable latex and rubber gloves. Students are welcome to use these generally.

Over the last decade the average class size has been six students. It is anticipated that classes will be smaller over this current period of uncertainty, which will further reduce the r
