What you'll do
Our team of skilled sewing teachers specialises in various areas, including pattern making, bridal wear, alterations, commercial patterns, and free-motion embroidery.
When you book a private sewing class with us, you'll embark on a personalised sewing journey tailored to your unique goals and aspirations. Our consultation service allows us to understand your sewing objectives, and match you with the best teacher for your project. Simply send us a request with your preferred three dates and information on what you'd like to learn, and we'll reply as soon as we can.
After a brief discussion about your project goals, we'll craft a customised pathway to help you achieve your vision.
Whether you're a complete novice or looking to advance your existing skills, our private sewing classes offer a supportive and encouraging environment to nurture your passion for sewing.
Pricing:
1 Person: $120 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
2+ People: $83 per person per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

Your teacher
Our story began in 2018 in a small Redfern studio. With only one desk and one sewing machine, our first class was published and we haven't looked back. Our passion for the arts coupled with bringing people together, brought our vision of launching a creative hub to life.
In our modern world, everything moves quickly, we have adapted to a fast-paced environment and sometimes it can be hard to slow ourselves down. Sydney Creative is a place for people to relax, regroup and find a creative outlet that will hopefully aid in bringing people a sense of achievement, fulfilment and joy.
Today, our classes run from our own venue in Redfern. We run lots of different creative classes from Sewing to Jewellery, painting and lots more, we love following the trends and developing new classes for our customers to enjoy.
