Lebanese Seafood Feast Cooking Workshop

4 hours Class size 1 to 12 guests

  $240 (Afterpay available)

Join the founders of Sunday Kitchen, Karima Hazim Chatila and her mother Sivine Tabbouch, for a Lebanese cooking workshop and feast.
Together Karima and Sivine share the joy, skills and timeworn traditions of Lebanese cooking through regular classes and workshops.
Their stunning book 'Sofra: Lebanese Recipes to Share' is a celebration of love, food, culture and community, and your introduction to mouthwatering and memorable family feasts.
What You'll Learn:
  • Food not only provides nourishment but it is a way to share culture across the generations
  • The spice blend that is the signature scent of Lebanese cooking
  • Your hands are the most valuable tools in your kitchen
  • The stories behind many dishes are as important as the dishes themselves
Please note, you will be cooking at a shared workstation in a group of 4-6. If you would like to book a group of 7 or more into this class, please contact us to discuss your options.
We make every effort to ensure that the class and the recipes proceed as advertised. However, occasionally we may need to alter recipes, ingredients or class format due to availability of produce or other circumstances.
Recipes may contain allergens besides fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Please contact us for more information.
