Looking to learn a new indoor activity and try your hand at a DIY project? Why not give DIY Vegan Camembert a try! This class will teach you how to make your own delicious and dairy-free version of the classic French cheese.
Once you've mastered the art of vegan Camembert, the possibilities are endless. Serve it as an appetiser at your next dinner party, slice it onto a charcuterie board for a gourmet touch, or even use it as a creamy topping for your favourite plant-based pizza. The options are limited only by your imagination!
In this session, you'll watch a live demo, take notes and learn how to ferment this dairy-free cheese that will impress your friends and family. The process is divided into three parts:
  • The preparation of ingredients
  • The duration and "watch out for" during the fermentation process
