75 mins Class size 4 to 50 guests

$65 - $75 ($75 per guest when you book for 4+ guests, $65/guest for 10+ guests) (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

In this online meditative drawing class, you will learn how to quiet a busy brain by focusing your full awareness on drawing simple shapes, lines, or dots repetitively to create calming patterns. It is a joyful mix of mindfulness, breathwork and art therapy techniques combined to calm your nervous system.
Doodling and mark making are simple, repetitive and satisfying. No art skills needed!! Research has shown 45 minutes of art making reduces the stress hormone cortisol by 81.1% (US National Institute of Health). Meditative drawing is a fun way to reduce anxiety and stress.
You don’t need to have ANY traditional drawing skills. It is more about doodling or mark making. Feel free to follow along with the instructor's drawings or get creative and design your own.
Quieting the brain can help clear your head, improve productivity, sleep, lower stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve your concentration, and reduce anxiety. This is a great activity for corporate team building, end-of-the-year party, work wellbeing session or a way to begin the New Year.
Let the magic of meditative drawing unfold for you at home!
