  • Puri with aloo curry: Puffy, deep-fried wheat bread served with a gently spiced potato curry.
  • Pongal: A savoury semolina dish cooked with spices and aromatics.
  • Two varieties of chutney: Flavourful accompaniments to explore with your meal.
  • Ghee and podi masala: Clarified butter and a fragrant ground lentil-and-spice blend to mix, drizzle and dip.
  • Sheera: A sweet semolina dessert made with ghee and sugar.
  • Chai: A warming cup of Indian spiced tea.
You’ll also enjoy your choice of three dosa varieties—thin pancakes made from fermented rice-and-lentil batter:
  • Plain dosa: Simple, golden and crisp.
  • Onion dosa: Cooked with onions for extra flavour and texture.
  • Masala dosa: Filled with a savoury spiced potato mixture.

I have always had that intuitive urge to 'create' something with a purpose: a new vegetarian recipe, a cake that would still be calorie-friendly, a soap that would nourish my skin with essential oils, a painting that would tell a story of my childhood, a candle that would smell divine.
By day, I'm fully immersed in the world of Information & Communications Technology, helping product teams develop outstanding software applications that enhance user experiences. On occasional weekends or during my moonlight hours, I find immense joy in hosting craft workshop experiences at my charming backyard studio with bushland views or setting up a retreat for you to connect with yourselves or your loved ones over a craft retreat with my cutie vintage retro caravan somewhere in the Kangaroo Valley or Blue Mountains :)
It's my way of pursuing my passions (thank God I found a way), doing what I love (or else no point yea), exercising my entrepreneurial skills (or at least I would think so), staying emotionally healthy (this one is real), meeting new people (when Sydney reportedly is the world's 3rd worst city to forge new friendships), and doing my bit of raising funds for Dementia and promoting mental health. For I believe the new luxuries are truly the experiences, freedom and health.
In my journey of hosting these unique experiences in Sydney together with my partner Bob, we have come across a range of creative people, many of whom discovered things to be a fun hobby and some who have taken it further and started selling stuff online.
Our pursuit of the little joys of life continues as we eagerly anticipate sharing these experiences with you!
