When you think of “Creativity”, what comes to mind? Does your mind instantly connect being creative to being talented in art, music, dance, theatre or poetry?
What if you were told that creativity is a cognitive skill that everyone has, but is used in different ways for different purposes?
In this 1-hour-and-45-minute introduction to creativity training class, you will learn the main concepts of creativity training, the neuroscience behind it and an introduction to some effective practical techniques to enhance your creativity. You’ll explore how to develop more original ideas and solutions, and develop your own creative solutions for everyday challenges.
You don’t need to consider yourself artistic or talented to take part. This welcoming workshop is designed to help you understand how creativity works and how you can strengthen it through simple “brain training” activities!
Creativity is used for everything from art and music to science and maths, cooking, and even:
  • Solving relationship problems
  • Working through problems at work or in business
  • Working out how to make your dream holiday happen, even when it seems like an impossible task due to time and financial constraints
  • Helping artists come up with those lightbulb moments, more original ideas and new techniques in their artworks, music or whatever medium you choose
This workshop will give you a taste of what's to come in my 6-week creativity training course - yet to launch! I hope you enjoy expanding your brain!
