Begin to cultivate a sense of courage & nervous system regulation through ritualised art-making.
Long before I was a Master's qualified expressive arts therapist, I had a daily expressive journaling practice that nourished and sustained me. In this mini journaling workshop, I pair my 15 years of personal journaling experience with a therapeutic lens on process-based freestyle self-expression making.
