Introduction to the Big 3 main energies

Introduction to the Big 3 Main Energies

We begin with a simple introduction to your Big 3 in astrology: Sun, Moon and Ascendant, and what each one represents.

Then we explore your own Big 3, one by one, starting with your Sun, your light and identity. We move to your Moon, your emotions and inner world, and finally your Ascendant, how you express yourself and meet the world.

Through colour and symbols, you’ll bring your light, emotion and expression together in one meaningful artwork.

Creative Flow: Painting the Sun = Light

Creative Flow: Painting the Sun = Light

Guided by Cecilia, Astrologer & Art for Wellness Instructor, you’ll give colour to your Natal Sun, representing your light, identity and creative spark in astrology.

Discover what your Sun sign means for you, then bring its energy to life through colour, symbols and your own creative expression.

No need to paint perfectly. Let your Sun shine in your own way.

Creative Flow: Painting Your Emotions

Creative Flow: Painting Your Emotions

Now we explore your Natal Moon, your emotions, inner world and what helps you feel nurtured.

Guided by your personalised booklet, you’ll discover what your Moon means for you and express its energy through watercolour, gouache, colour and symbols.

There is no right or wrong. Let your emotions flow onto the canvas.

We then pause for homemade cake and rose tea, allowing time to relax, connect and enjoy the creative flow.

Creative Flow: your way to meet the world

Creative Flow: Your Way to Meet the World

Now we explore your Ascendant, the way you approach life, express yourself and meet the world.

Discover what your Rising Sign means for you, then bring its qualities to life through colour, symbols and your own creative expression.

This is the final layer of your artwork, bringing your light, emotions and expression together into one piece that is uniquely you.

Integration & Closing Circle

Integration & Closing Circle

Bring your Sun, Moon and Ascendant together and take a moment to see your finished artwork as a reflection of you.

We’ll share what you discovered and choose a word or intention to take with you.

We finish with a group photo with our artworks, celebrating everyone’s unique light, emotions and expression.

Leave with your personalised artwork, booklet and a deeper connection to your Big 3.

  • 5/5 from Kyra Ramirez, attended Apr 2026: I attended a Paint & Flow workshop with my teenage daughters and we absolutely loved it. The experience is incredibly personalized—each participant receives a booklet with their natal chart and a custom artwork to paint, which makes it feel truly unique. There’s a great variety of materials to use, and the instructor is very supportive, guiding you if you’re unsure about colours or where to start. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the creative side, with soothing healing bowls playing throughout, helping you relax and get into a calm, focused state. It really feels like a full sensory experience. You leave not only with a beautiful piece of art, but also with a deeper understanding of yourself. If you’re looking for something a bit different—an experience that combines creativity, relaxation, and self-discovery—I highly recommend it.
  • 5/5 from Layla Ali, attended Dec 2025: Loved the Paint and Flow with the Moon class! Super relaxing, creative, and a beautiful way to connect with the moon’s energy. Felt inspired and aligned afterward
  • 5/5 from Adriana Navas, attended Dec 2025: I absolutely loved this workshop. Cecilia was amazing — you can truly feel that astrology is her passion. The way she explained everything made even basic astrological concepts feel simple, approachable, and meaningful. The experience was beautifully curated. We enjoyed lovely food, and there was a sound bath softly playing in the background while we painted the moon. That combination made it incredibly easy to disconnect from stress and be fully present. I felt completely immersed in the process and genuinely relaxed while painting. I loved meeting new people and making new connections — the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and everyone was really kind. I actually booked the workshop for five of my friends, and we all had such a wonderful time together. Listening to the astrological information as a group was really fun because we know each other well, and we couldn’t agree more on how accurate and truthful the insights felt. What really stood out was how personalized the whole experience was. Every painting we created was customized for each person, and Cecilia tailored her astrological explanations to everyone individually, explaining how the moon affects each of us based on our own natal charts. She also provided some personalized material, which was very thoughtful and insightful without feeling overwhelming. I took my daughters with me as well, and that made the experience even more special. It became a beautiful moment of family connection, where we could reflect together on what we want 2026 to bring into our lives. I can’t wait to attend another workshop. I love that each one is different, always interesting, and thoughtfully designed. I really, really had a lovely time and would wholeheartedly recommend Cecilia’s workshops to anyone looking for a meaningful, creative, and grounding experience.
