  • 4/5 from Sal Compton, attended Jan 2024: Deb was great, very knowledgeable and full of tips and tricks, and her patience was commendable Sometimes a little hard to hear given the class size and noise of the restaurant running at the same time. Would have loved to cook the gnocchi as well as make it, but understand the logistics in the kitchen would have been difficult. So much food! Don't make the mistake we did of having a late brekky before we went. Empty stomach required

She gave us a run down of making gnocchi from scratch and provided us with tips and tricks to making it soft and fluffy. The location was easy to find and convenient to most modes of transport. Clean and modern facilities, with a warm and welcoming in-house staff. Cost was worth it - a complementary drink, entrees as well as dine in experience with the food you cooked and leftovers taken home. A wonderful experience, would recommend :-) Thank you to Sarah and the team at Salt, Meat and Cheese!
