Our Chilli Mud Crab class, which shines the spotlight on Singapore's most famous dish, has long been one of our most popular experiences. It's fun, it's spicy and it's messy!
Learn how to handle live Mud Crabs, unravel the secrets of traditional spices, and wield a wok like a seasoned pro. The real fun begins when you dive headfirst into this messy and indulgent feast with your bare hands, mopping up every last bit with warm steamed mantou buns.
After this seafood cooking class, you will be able to seriously impress your friends and family with your newfound skills.
Please be aware that you will be cooking at a shared workstation in a group of 4-6. If you would like to book a group of 7 or more into this class, please contact us to discuss your options.
