Authentic Russian Medovik (Honey Cake) Masterclass
Discover one of Eastern Europe’s most loved desserts — the famous Medovik (Russian Honey Cake).
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the traditional techniques behind this beautiful layered cake. You’ll prepare the signature honey dough, roll and bake your own cake layers, make a silky cream from scratch, then assemble and decorate your very own Medovik to take home.
To ensure we can complete a full cake during the class, some cake layers will be prepared in advance. You’ll still learn and practise every essential step yourself while enjoying a relaxed and fun experience.
Perfect for beginners and baking lovers alike — no previous experience is needed.
During this class, you’ll learn how to:
