Join Rosheen Kaul, food writer and creative, and former head chef of Melbourne’s much-loved Etta, as she teaches you all about cooking the perfect seafood dish with the best sauces and condiments. She describes herself as “Chinese-ish”, acknowledging her heritage, which includes Chinese, Filipino, Kashmiri, Malay, Peranakan and Indonesian influences. Rosheen is also the author of two books, the award-winning 'Chinese-ish' and her new tome, 'Secret Sauce'.
Rosheen will be showcasing a selection of her “crazy-delicious condiments” (and recipes that bring them to life) that – trust us - will literally transform your cooking. This is a class not to be missed!

  • Our experiences are all-inclusive – just bring yourself and wear enclosed shoes to protect your feet, and maybe a pen to note down some insider cooking tips!
  • It's also a good idea to bring your own container in case there are leftovers to take home. (We’re on a mission to eliminate single-use plastics wherever we can!)
