Step away from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself a day of creativity, mindfulness and deep relaxation. Whether you're coming with friends or on your own, this is a welcoming space to unwind, connect, and simply be.
Your experience includes:
  • Be guided by the talented and experienced teachers from Artist Hub as you create your own stunning Botanical Muse painting on canvas—a beautiful feminine portrait surrounded by delicate flowers (pictured attached). No experience is necessary. All art materials and canvas are provided, and you'll take your masterpiece home with you.
  • Throughout the painting session, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of a live handpan performance, creating a peaceful atmosphere that inspires creativity and relaxation.
  • Enjoy complimentary light refreshments and snacks while connecting with like-minded women in a warm and welcoming environment.
  • After our creative session, we'll gently transition into a deeply restorative guided meditation followed by a relaxing sound healing experience. Allow yourself to be bathed in the soothing vibrations of:
  • Crystal singing bowls
  • Koshi and Seed Pod chimes
  • Other sound healing instruments
Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the calming frequencies help release stress, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
Why this experience matters:
In today's fast-paced world, women often spend so much of their time caring for everyone else that they forget to care for themselves. Taking time to pause, create, breathe, and reconnect isn't a luxury—it's an investment in your well-being. Art encourages mindfulness and self-expression, while sound healing helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Together, they create a beautiful opportunity to reset both mentally and emotionally. Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and refreshed—with a beautiful painting to remind you of the day and memories shared with wonderful women.
Perfect for:
  • Women of all ages
  • Beginners and experienced artists alike
  • Anyone feeling stressed or overwhelmed
  • Those seeking relaxation and self-care
  • Friends, mothers, daughters, sisters—or anyone wanting a meaningful day out
We can't wait to welcome you for this beautiful day of creativity, connection, and healing.

Love & Light Studio
Love & Light Studio

female Women-owned

Hi, I'm Anvara, the heart behind Love & Light Studio.
Creativity has always been at the centre of my life. For many years, I've worked as a wedding florist, designing beautiful floral arrangements that celebrate life's most meaningful moments. Flowers taught me that creativity has the power to evoke emotion, bring people together, and create lasting memories.
Alongside my passion for floristry, I've always been drawn to art, self-expression, and holistic wellness. For several years, I've been sharing the benefits of sound healing, creating calming spaces where people can slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, handpan, and other healing instruments.
As my journey evolved, I realised that combining creativity with wellness creates an even more meaningful experience. Today, I collaborate with talented local artists to offer Art & Sound Healing Workshops that inspire creativity while nurturing inner wellbeing.
These workshops are designed for women of all ages and experience levels. You don't need to be an artist to join us. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or simply looking for a peaceful afternoon away from the busyness of everyday life, you'll be welcomed into a warm and supportive community.
My mission is to create experiences where women can relax, connect, express themselves creatively, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and inspired. I believe that taking time for yourself isn't a luxury—it's an important part of living a balanced and fulfilling life.
Based in Sydney's Hills Shire, I love bringing women together through art, mindfulness, music, and meaningful connection. Every workshop is thoughtfully created to provide a nurturing space where creativity and wellness come together.
I can't wait to welcome you to one of our events and share this beautiful journey with you.
