From the moment I walked in, Chef Antonella made me feel very welcome as a solo attendee and introduced me to everyone so I felt comfotable which I really appreciated. The kitchen set-up was really impressive; so well thought out and everything was easy to access and reach. Chef Antonella explained how the evening would work, and was very detailed in explaining each step and the reasons why certain ingredients were used which I appreciated as was handy to have it in mind for when I try all of the reciepies again at home. Chef Antonella has prepared some focaccia for us to try which we all devourred as it was so very delicious! She was a wealth of baking and cooking knowledge and the evening has defintely inspired me to get busy in the ktichen at home!

  • 5/5 from Carolyn Heffernan, attended May 2026: This is my 2nd time last time I made biscuits before which were delicious I really loved this class as well. The focaccia bread was easier that I thought so happy I can make it at home. All the veggies were delicious so happy I can make them now and we topped it up with a delicious dessert. I highly recommend this class. Antonella is Such a good teacher she explains everything and gives us a lot of tips. and gives us recipes to bring home
  • 5/5 from Annabelle Fuller, attended May 2026: This class was great value! Chef Antonella is great at explaining how to do things and why they are done. We had a beautiful lunch after the class, with lots to take home afterwards, the servings were very generous!
  • 5/5 from Zoraida Khamsehzadeh, attended May 2026: I did a focaccia and antipasto class over the weekend with my mom and it was such a lovely experience. The space is beautiful and really easy to find, which made everything feel relaxed from the start. The class itself is very hands-on — you’re constantly cooking and learning, not just watching — and it’s all so thoughtfully planned that it flows effortlessly. Antonella and her husband Chris made the whole experience feel so warm and personal. They’re incredibly welcoming and attentive, and Antonella was especially accommodating with vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. And the food… so delicious. Honestly one of those experiences you leave feeling full and happy in every way!
  • 5/5 from Wendy Siu-Chew Lee, attended Jan 2026: Antonella was an engaging and thoroughly knowledgeable teacher. The demonstration area of her home was excellent. During this Bento lesson we were taken through the steps of making foccacia and the preparation and cooking of vegetables for an anti pasta plate, instructions and guidance was clear and structured well to result in success. We produced our own loaf of foccacia and dined on our share plates on completion, with enough to take home. I highly recommend this evening and the gift card was a perfect gift from my daughter.
  • 5/5 from Roda Cruz, attended Nov 2025: It’s a very welcoming class. The place is spotless and everything was properly organised. The procedures of focaccia and vegetables antipasto is not complicated at all. Chef Antonella makes it easy for us. Highly recommended.

Ciao, I’m Antonella and I’m passionate about sharing authentic Italian cooking experiences.
My love for cooking began at the age of seven, cooking alongside my mother. Together, we created a cherished handwritten cookbook filled with recipes and tips she passed down to me. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong passion for sharing the joy of Italian cooking with people like you.
WHY COOK WITH ME?
I bring a unique blend of my Italian heritage and professional chef training to every class. After leaving the corporate world to follow my heart, I trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, began selling fresh Italian products at farmers markets, and worked alongside top chefs in restaurants and function centres.
For over 18 years, I’ve been teaching Italian cooking - both online and in-person – helping cooks like you fall in love with good and flavourful Italian food.
Pass the Parmesan Italian Cooking School: Teaching is where my heart lies, and it inspired me to create my very own cooking school. I love inspiring others and sharing my knowledge through fun and interactive classes to master delicious and authentic Italian flavours.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN MY CLASSES:
  • Small class sizes for personal attention
  • Step-by-step guidance so you feel confident every step of the way
  • Authentic Italian recipes that are a joy to make, and even better to eat
  • A friendly, relaxed atmosphere where questions and laughter are always welcome!
Whether you're just starting out or ready to take your cooking skills to the next level, join me to cook, learn and share the joy of Italian food together.
I can't wait to welcome you into my home!
